Laboratory Haematology and Morphology

An intensive 5-day practical training course for haematology Specialist Registrars. Topics include: basic laboratory techniques, automation, peripheral blood and bone marrow films, haemoglobinopathies, approach to the examination of bone marrow trephine and lymph node biopsies, immunophenotyping techniques and interpretation, cytogenetics, parasitology, case exercises and EQA problems.
