British Society for Haematology Essay Prize 2012
This year's essay title was: "Are the body's defences against haemorrhage too efficient for modern man?". Two entries took joint first prize. They were from Aniruddh Chhabra (Liverpool) and Anna Kahn-Leavitt (Manchester). You can read the winning entries by clicking on the "information" button to the right.

It is expected that this knowledge will be acquired during both the pre-clinical and the clinical years.
